What are some staple foods that you eat every single day when dieting, that take little or no time to prepare and actually taste good? How do you marinate/cook your chicken?

buy lots of frozen chicken at costco...sweet potatoes... and LOTS of flank steak. Cook for the week... voilla meat and potatoes all the tiem and you get to take advantage of the low GI carbs in sweet potatoes.

yyyyeah, I tried the sweet potato thing and they ended up tasting like alcohol and they all got soggy in the fridge. Never doin that again. And when I go to the store I get London Broil. None say "flank steak" on them so I'm not sure what you're talkin about. I know I should get chicken but I'm tryna find a good way to cook it so it's really good. Any suggestions?

flank steak is flank steak, ther is no exotic name for it. It is the leanest cut of meat you can get from a moo. Any grocery store that doesn't carry it is probably in cow country anywayz... just go kill your own .

buy lots of lean hamburger meat. but when cooking it squeeze all the fat out, and when your done take a napkin and squeeze more of the fat out, add in some low fat cheese 2 slices of whole weat bread your good to go very low carbs too and complex add musturd and onions and tomato. 2 slices of whole wheat breat have 20 carbs with 6 grams of fiber and 8 grams of protien, so thats only 14 grams of active carbs, you cant beat that!

Word, that sounds good. I usually buy Hamburger Helper and eat about half of it in one sitting. I use 1 1/4-1 1/2 lb of hamburger instead of just one lb though.
