Going on and not coming off, or bridging between cycle?

I've ran and bridged for about 2 yrs total one compound or another...or a few. Debating coming of for abit, a good PCT and get Bloods done to see.

I'd be interested in your bloods also

How much gains have you had in those 2 years?

Has been solid gains, but i would say you could get more and do it much better then I did. Have been at a real busy turning point in my life.....so not utilized to the fullest. I always bridged with Primo, coast with small dose of test, or bridge Masteron E as I'm about done with now....so I have to decide PCT wait Bloods and then on or I have Test P, Tren A, and Mast Prop to continue on if desired.

am 39 now, have been on for most of this year..am cruising on 250mg of test at the moment...blasting again in January.
HGH at 5iu ed .
wont know if it was worth it or not untill further down the road.
i get bloods done usually every 12 weeks .
hpta is well shutdown, i use a low dose of hcg...cant say if a full recovery is on the cards.

cycle for 10-12 weeks then pct and recovery is the best way to go in the long term, RADAR is living proof. The man is 60 years old and in better shape than most of the guys in their 20's and 30's.

RADAR is a perfect example of the right way to cycle for sure. He is a role model for anyone wanting to do things the best and safest way to cycle and keep and retain gains while avoiding the blast and cruise route

Abit more on my situation on gains not being what they could be. I wrestled 145 when I graduated High School, then went to a tech school part-time.....were towards end got into MMA I fought 170 just 3yrs ago. I changed my avatar and profile pic to one I toke this morning I'm 205 now. Was as high as 230 but was doing powerlifting just 1yr ago. I'm friends with the CEO of the UPA. So as you can see from my pics why I have disappointments with my run of gear.......

I gotta admit Ive been a lazy fuck this year with the two cycles i did. PCT was ok first time but didnt keep the diet and training where it should be. Second cycle i didnt even use PCT at all lol, kinda just wanted to know if i was one of those guys who even needed to or not, now i know. Still shutdown though after almost two months being off. Sex drive is shit, T level is 340, everything else on bloods seems to be ok though.
Even though its been this long i think im going to hit clomid 50mg for two weeks and see if sex drive improves along with T levels.

Nice little learning experience but im not mad or anything, just takes time. Im finding cycling is a full on commitment while off as well as on. Whoever said taking roids was the easy way out is a complete idiot.

I think ever lifter I talk to has went through the dreaded rut at one time or another....but that over the yr along with the no PCT, sex drive, and test in the gutter. I can imagine you feel like suicide....LOL DON'T DO IT. I would definitely PCT hard and try getting my levels up if I were you.....Me ill probably just pin though another.

I love being off cycle, it feels good. don't have to worry about sides, getting gyno, taking a zillion pills and ancillaries. don't have to worry about my liver and pissing orange, about waking up de-hydrated...

i still go to the gym and feel a nice pump when i workout. am i as strong off? of course not. do i get those crazy pumps and veins showing as good off? nope. but i still feel great and enjoy it just as much.

not saying you are like this at all but a lot of guys who stay on have the ego thing going on where they always have to be breaking PR's and they always have to get a 2 inch pump in their bicep every workout. unless you are competing i really don't see the point.. not like people can't gain off cycle with the amazing supplements available. its important NOT to always be breaking PR's, gotta give the body a break from pushing all that weight.. the ligaments and tendons and soft tissues cannot handle that.

Great words of wisdom. I will agree with the ego thing...in all honesty I get caught up in that myself and have had many injuries do to it. I myself will be running a good PCT in another week here and getting Bloods done after 4 weeks to see where I am at.
