going nuts---trouble cutting

Sounds fine to me.

As for dnp use in texas...where do you think I am? :)Another reason I am a big fan of lowdose dnp. I can still function and do normal things no problem. In fact, when I did a 3 weeker, it hit triple digits something like 12 days in a row. And I got leaner than I ever could on the keto diet.

Oh, something else. Don't carb up Sat and Sun. Pick one or the other. Otherwise, you will gain fat. Trust me on this. The Ketogenic Diet talks about this.

Also key for success is to workout your entire body over a 2 day period. That way you deplete muscle glycogen. This is not fun. Working out on no carbs is no fun.

You might experience headaches, general fuzzy thinking, etc. This should go away after two weeks. Also, you will feel like crap on carb up days.

will it not work right if i workout eod? I usually do back/bi's---cardio---chest/tri's---cardio---shoulders/legs----cardio and so on...

Look, it's up to you, but I am telling you what is optimal.

You carb up on Sunday. Stopping around 6pm Sunday evening. Monday, you work out half your body hard. Tuesday you work out the other half, hard. This should deplete plenty of muscle glycogen. Why is this important? Because you tell your body what fuel to burn and when. If your muscles are carbed up, you are telling your body to burn, in this order, carbs, protein, and fat. If your liver has no carbs, your muscles have little carbs then you tell your body to burn fat first. Which I am assuming is what you want.

So, if you look at it like it's a race, which it is, then why would you work out on Monday, and not Tuesday. That would waste a day of potential fat burning. Can you still be successful and not work out 2 days in a row to deplete? Sure. But it can be likened to going out drinking on Saturday night. Can you get muscle gains and still go out and get lit on the weekends? Of course. But that is not optimal.

This diet is very particular, and typically any misstep will negatively affect your fatloss. It is as simple a diet as they come, but don't think for a second that it's easy. If you are lucky, carb cravings won't kill you.

On a 3000 cal diet--- it comes out to be:200g fat-37.5g carbs-262g protein

You must eat mountains of meat to get 262g a day. Not sure what your finances are like, but I'd recommend 6 lb pails of protein from a health food place. That's what I do. You sure as hell don't want to eat that much fat. I've never heard anyone recommend more than 20% of calories (fat is 9/cals per gram)...and it has to be "good" fat at that.

If you are on a college campus I'd start look for a graduate student in the sports/kinesiology/nutrition department to give you some free advice! There's a lot of bright folks at colleges and they'll typically help you for free. Isn't like that after you get out...believe me.

Umm... DNP in the texas heat... I dont think so, been there done that... I am through with my DNP usage, i cant stand it anymore... I am working on coming up with my diet.... so if i weigh 190lbs, thats 1900-2280 cals a day...

I was thinking:

Breakfast: eggs, bacon, sausage
Lunch: Tuna w/ mayo and hard boiled eggs, hot dogs w/o buns along with other meats
Dinner: Same as lunch

for snacks in between: nuts, beef jerky, and pork rinds

How does this sound?

It all depends on your dedication to getting ripped bro... DNP will get you shredded, it is the shit!! But the othe road will be a long one, like tx said...

The thing is, i have been getting bigger and stronger... Im almost to week 3 and my max has went from 340 to 355, and i am noticeably bigger, you can tell i am leaner, but i want to start getting really fucking cut...

I dont understand how eating 3500 cals could help me loose more fat than eating 2000 calories.. Can someone explain? Also can someone post a link to a website with the anabolic or body opus diet... I am searching the web, but im not finding too much.
goto allprotraining.com it is dr dipasquale's site-he wrote the anabolic diet book

it is better to eat 2 lbs of steak a day than powder.

My next one? I'm already back on, lol.

I just started week 2, and will more than likely stop after that. I will then wait a week or so and get on some gear.

Stats? Don't really know. I used to be all into that caliper stuff, scales, etc. I threw out my calipers and am much more focused on visual results than site measurements. But, guessing from when I did do the whole caliper thingy...I would say I started out around 11-12%. I typically hover around 10-12%. I also can only get under 10% by losing all my muscle. And I ended up in the low 9% range. Faint outline of abs, vascularity, etc. I look leaner than I did when I measured myself out at 9.25%.

Anyways, I could never have achieved this so quickly and without the problems asscociated with dieting without dnp. I love this stuff.
