A while ago I made a thread asking about what supplement I can take to just help me add the most amount of mass for my last 6 weeks or so of bulking. Pretty much everyone said at my age (14) I should just stick to protein powders and multivitamins, which is what I have been doing since I started lifting properly with advice from EF which was back in september. Since then Iv added around 27lbs. Now, end of march I wana cut for the summer Im around 18-20% bf and so obviously I am a little... curvy. I want to loose this, I dont wana be shredded just without the extra gut.
Now I was looking into natural fat burners, ie ones that you get from food anyway and the best ones seemed to be:

CLA
DHA
Magnesiu or ZMA
Vitamin D
Probiotics
Green Tea Extract
Caffeine pre workout
Citrus aurantium
7-Keto
yerba mate
guarana
Thats alot, I would never stack them all in one and take all that shit, besides, I would never afford it.
My parents buy say they will buy me whatever food I want but if I want supplements then I have to pay myself. They only buy me multivitamins, to an average person multivitamins are more normal than fat burners I guess, lol.
I was wondering how I would be with some of those? Iv taken probiotics before and not seen any effect, ZMA is expensive and money is a issue. I already have a small amount of caffeine pre workout, take green tea extarct and take drink green tea.
My green tea is 315mg with 15% polyphenols, not very high I know but to I usually take 3-4 of these a day as the reccomended dose for fat burning is 1,000-1,500. 3 tablets = 945mg, 4 tablets = 1260mg. I also read that you need around 240 to 300 mg of polyphenols, taking 945mg would = around 140mg polyphenols, 4 tablets would be 190mg polyphenols. Added to 1-2 cups of green tea a day would this be ok?
I guess my main question is should I just stick to what Im taking now along the lines of fat burning, buy some green tea extract that contains more polyphenols and just take that or could I get maybe 1 more of that list to take?
Oh and I forgot to mension, my fish oil I take is 1000mg and has 12% DHA, and my cod liver oil I take is 550mg and has 59mg DHA. I take 1 fish oil tablet in the morning and 1 before bed, I only started taking cod liver oil yesterday and I just had 1 with breakfast.
Would green tea, fish oil and cod liver oil together with my cleaned up diet and cardio be enough to quikcly burn enough fat starting in April for the summer? Or could I add another one in... maybe COLEUS FORSKOHLII or 7-keto.<<<That is what I want to know.
