I am trying to get cut... i been eating quite healthly latly..... but i need to restock.... can you guys help me with all the crap one guy should eat in 2 weeks (one person :D)?? and do's and don'ts if possible!!!!!!

Good sources of protein
1.Tuna (Spring water)
2.Boneless skinless chicken
3.Whole eggs
4.Salmon
5.Shrimp
6.Lean beef

Complex Carbohydrates
1.Broccoli
2.Green Pees
3. Lettuce
4.Spinach
5.Brussel Sprouts

As far as fruits, I love blueberries, cherries, and oranges.

Fats (Polyunsaturated fats)

I love….

1.Walnuts
2.Almonds
3.Pecans
4. Mayonnaise
5.Fish
 
In addition to the above list:

Cottage Cheese & Turkey Breast for protein

Oatmeal & Sweet Potatoes for complex carbs.
 
My weekly shopping usually looks like this:

1 tin steel cut oats
Frozen Salmon portions
Chicken Breasts
tins of Red Canned Salmon
Tins of Tuna
Soy Milk
Green Tea
Tonnes of Sugar Free Jello :D
Brocolli
Cabbage
Spinach
Frozen Mixed Vegetables
 
in addition to the other reccomendations

diet soda
travel tuna packets w/plastic forks
spray on "cant believe its not butter"

seraphElite: Are you looking to get into ketosis?

Some tips:

1. Don't drink alcohol.
2. Eat 6 small meals per day.
3. Make your last carbohydrate meal 3-4 hours before bedtime.
4. Before bed have a can of sardines or salmon. Just make sure to get some protein and fat that will take a while to digest. This will help with muscle sparring (decreasing muscle loss.)
5. Drink water 1/2 hr before meals and 1 hour after. This will decrease bloating. Water dilutes the stomach acids and makes it harder for the body to digest foods.
6. Concentrate on this: Vegetables,.. lots of vegetables.. But, if you want to go into ketosis thats a different story. Keep them low and eat very low carbohydrate stuff like lettuce, kale, celery etc.
7. Try to eat the vegetables raw if you can. This makes digestion easier and much more efficient. Raw vegetables digest in 1/2 to 1/3 the time of cooked veggys. This is because when you heat up a food over 117 F for more then 3 minutes you kill all the digestive enzymes.
8. Forget about anything 'refined.'
9. Don't eat any carb you have to cook.
10. For now forget about fruit. If you must, make it low G.I. (glycemic index) and inbettween meals.
11. If you buy and eat everything on Syntax325's list you'll be well on your way!
12. Excercise.
13. Have a small amout of fat with each meal. Very importent. Some oils include: Flax, canola, olive, safflower (not sunflower seed oil!) etc. You could also munch on a 'little bit' of the nuts Syntax325 listed. Don't overdue it!

yes, infact i am... but i want to practice eating good for awhile first then read up more on getting into ketosis.
