Going about it the right way.....

Hello everyone,

The way I look at it... we all have to start somewhere with just about everything we decide to do in life. I've been more than curious in juicing up... but before I dive in, I was wondering if some of you more experienced juicers wouldn't mind helping me and others become more educated. What are some of the wrongs and rights that you can share for all of us newbies?

Well its good to see that you're not looking for the quick fix. First off we need some stats - ie: age, years lifting, bf%, diet, any previous cycles etc before we can give you any direction.

I love the user name bro. Bosshogg. Only one problem. I am the bosshogg around these parts. Learn it live it love it.

Any way. Here are afew things I think all newb should do.

1.Ask lots of questions. If any one bashes you for asking a question just let me know and I will deal with them.

2. read the stickies at the top of the page.
3. Do not ask for sources on this board in pm's or in the open. You want to talk to some one out side of this board about that thats up to you. YOU WILL NOT DO IT ON THIS BOARD!!!!!!!
4. act like you are being watched by the feds with every move you make. Guess what for the most part you are. So don't post dumb shit like. I just got 300 vials of deca
and I hid it up my ass. Just dumb.
5. go plat and read the boards. There is years of knowledge here at your finger tips.
6. Get a mentor on the board. Some one or even a few people that you can look up to. Some one that can take the time out of there day to talk with you one on one with problems. Lets face it we all have one right guys? Even I have a few. I look at mine like counterparts more then mentors now though.

7. do what the mods tell you to do as soon as they tell you to do it. Feel like pushing it. good then will band you.

8. research everything at least 10 times before you try it. It really dos not have to be a exact number but you get the point.


thats just a few things to think about well posting and learning around here.

26, till August
off and on from 17 years old till about 24, seriously for the past year
12% body fat, been as heavy as 16% and as low as 10%
healthy carbs only (fruits, whole grains), healthy meats, greens
supplements: Creatine, Glutamine, vits, protein shakes
6ft, 205 lbs
have not done any previous cycles
retired military, hit by IED in 2006
I like long walks in the park and the Denver Broncos

Bosshogg is the name I use because my favorite athlete growing up was Terrell Davis. His nickname was bosshogg, so I like to use it when I post on forums.

You aren't kidding about the info this site provides... sometimes I feel like i reading one of my old college manuals. I do enjoy the personalities of a lot of the posters around here, makes the reading more entertaining.

Welcome to the board bro. Sucks about the IED but everything is all good now? There is alot of info here and need2 is a good bro and will help you when ever you need it pretty much. Along with all the other good bros on here you did find the best BB site on the net for sure stick around and you will learn alot trust me ive leared a shit ton since ive been here and im still learning everyday. Remember no question is a dumb question if you have any questions dont be afraid to ask people will help you so you dont fuck your self up. Later and welcome.

Thanks, yes everything is good... I was in a wheel chair for about 3 months, but with the help of physical therapy and rest, I'm good to go. We lost a great solider that day though... My battle buddy was one hell of a guy. He was a loving father of two young ones. He will always be remembered.

As for the questions: Maybe I should of had the title of this thread called Bosshogg's Dumb ass questions... because I'm sure I will be asking a lot of them.
 
Welcome to the family....everyone here for the most part is pretty helpful but of course you'll get the Ahole every once in a while...i also recomend going platinum - its a whole dif world of searching and much more.

I want to cut... I would love to get down to about 8 or 9% body fat level. I'm craving to see those abs. I can't seem to crack the 11 or 12% mark. Also, I would like to see more gains in my bench and squat marks.
 
So far I like what I read about; Clenbuterol,T - 3, Parabolan, Primobolan Depot, Winstrol Depot, Tren / Fina and Testosterone Enanthate.

Would using Clenbuterol and T-3 together be a good way to shed some body fat?

if ur already at around 12% you can get to the 8-9 range no problem with propper diet. With this being said clenbuteral has some pretty serious sides and cant personally recomend it, i think needto is with me on this one - and in my personal opinion winstrol is a waste until ur already down to a low body fat % , that is when it will be most beneficial. i would research everyhting you can on steroids right now but in the mean time focus on the bodybuilding lifestyle and you will make gains naturally - then when you feel ur ready start - put test at a base of any cycle with perhaps a jumpstart with dbal, you will get amazing gains no question about it.[/

Tuesday: Plyometrics
Wednesday: Shoulders and Arms & Abs
Thursday: Yoga
Friday: Legs and Back & Abs
Saturday: Kempo
Sunday: Rest every other day, Cardio every other day

i dont see enough protein coming from "real foods" ie 8-10 oz of meat
BTW Penut butter is the enemy lol God i miss it

My Kempo workout and Plyometrics I do every week, plus I run on the tread mill at least once every other Sunday... I usually run at least 2 miles as a warm up before all my workouts....Plyometrics is the only day I don't run 2 miles because it kills my legs.

I do all my workouts in the morning... usually start at 6 a.m. All my workouts are around 1 hour long sometimes 1 1/2 long.

im off to hit a session in the gym - ill catch up with u later tonight but dont personally run before my workouts - really hinders the whole workout - at least at the 2 mile scale. I began running early in the am because thats when ur bs is at its lowest and ur damn near burning pure fat. you will def notice a dif running in the AM before breakfast/ this is probably an exageration but i swear i started loosing fat at 3x the rate. btw you want to to do cardio for at least a half hr.

you may want to do a 4/3 split. 4 days lift 3 days cardio. Since all you workouts including lifts are in the early AM i cant really recomend doing the empty stomach cardio before ur lifts so think about the 4/3 split.

You could try this

Monday: Back Bi's Abs
Tuesday: Plyometrics
Wednesday:Chest /Tris
Thursday: cardio Yoga
Friday:Shoulders Legs
Saturday: Kempo Cardio
Sunday: Cardio

and on the cardio days if your body can handle it try and do your cardio on an empty stomach and stretch it out to 30-45 mins

you can obviously mess with this configuration to your liking but make sure to keep ur cardio days and lifting days seperate if you plan on running on an empty stomach because im assuming you dont have time to hit the gym twice in a day. I had the intention of you dropping into the body fat you wanted with this set up

Thats almost what I do. Except I keep legs and Shoulders apart and I don't do cardio right now even though I should.. I also throw in a extra deads and squats day.

I dicided to take the hard core route... today I bought some Xtend and some Syntrax Nectar, Apple Ecstasy.

That should help me get in another rep or two......lol
