I am on 500mg Test.. deca 300.. been on for 10 weeks or so and got about 2 or 3 more weeks and for the last 3 days i haven't been able to sleep worth shit.. getting like 1 hour of sleep a night.. i tried dostinex and it isn't working.. got on ambien and tried melatonin.. the ambien works but it makes me droggy as hell in the morning.. i dont want to get prescription shit b/c i dont want to get dependent on it.. any advice? I do NOT think it is psychological, life is very good right now! k for helpful advice!
 
Do you work out at night? Sometimes late-night gym stints will keep you from falling asleep. Do you take any fat burners or caffiene late in the day? Try ZMA. It works for me. I've done Ambien b4. That shit knocked me out. It can be habit forming. Since you are bulking, also try eating before bed. Hopefully this helps. Good luck Bro.
 
nyquil its bad for ya and has alcohol in it, but in a situation like yours i would try it b4 i went to perscription im assuming you already tried zma and otc sleep aids. 2 shots of nyquil and im out cold in 45 minutes :)
 
I thought Ambien was a prescription...anyway, do you have any evening caffeine? Do you work out late in the evening? Do you eat late?

I have found out that even if I have a protien shake within 2 hours of bedtime...my body heats up so much that I can not sleep. I work out as early as possible and avoid caffiene within 3 hours of bedtime.
 
simply sleep does it for me..
or Benadryl anything with Diphenhydramine in it..
.. take some benadryl.. wait 30min get some pussy. 30 min later you will be night night. ..usually take about 1hr to kick in.. the sex gives it an extra_strong effect ;)
 
Try taking a mg of melatonin a half hour before bed. Another thing that helps is P-GH (which is mostly GABA) - 15 minutes after an injection I'm can barely keep my eyes open and it's supposed to increase your GH levels several times over.
 
that otc stuff worls good but damn i feel like shit getting up. i need to find something also just started 3rd shift few weeks ago and its killing me.

Radar you take a combination of that stuff or just say the Relax complex?
 
thanks for all the responses.. i do not work out at night i work out mid morning.. working out at night has my heart rate up all night and sleep even worse.. also i do not drink pop and i dont take any caffine pills or drink coffee.. i only drink water.. also i am eating every 2-3 hours, always have a decent sized meal before bed .. as for the ambien it is prescription AND it seems to only put me out for 6 hours and once thats up im awake, very strange... could this be a psychological thing even though im feeling NO stress or anxienty whatso ever? or do you guys people its my prog. levels being too high from the juice?
