Week 5. I can't walk or sit or sleep without getting hard. Weights are going up in the gym as if they are filled with helium. Lean mass is popping out everywhere. Veins in my legs and delts. I shaved my legs.

I think the test I used for my last cycle was bunk or seriously under-dosed. I am only on 300mg of test E and it feels insane as of this week. If primobolan was a man I'd make love to him. All 500mgs of sexyness, split up 3 times a week.

how do you people not add primo to your cycles?!??!
 
One particular lab right now I beleive is extremely under dosed so I beleive what you are saying about your old test.
 
Swole believe it or not one only need 300-400 of REAL primo to get those results

when added to the cycle talked of KAMAB results

lift with much strategy and finesse to get the most out of it

looks like you having fun bro, how much you gained so far and any bf loss also what your split look like. cant walk without getting it hard make sure you dont run into fattys or uglys lol

Its hard to explain really. I hit a pr on the bench and got in a good work out. I still felt like shit about the whole thing though. I felt weak I thought I looked weak and my mind was not even close to being in it. I did not even want to be there even after the pr. I hit the pr and was still thinking fuck I should be doing more. I should be bigger. I should be in better shape. Just sucked.


Fuck it I hit a pr right. Its just on of them days thats all.

I have come a long way though. At least I can look at that.
 
Oh man, I know the feeling....my workout buddy keeps telling me "fuck you" because I keep going up every week while he's stuck! Today was bis and tris....did a few sets of close-grip bench at 185 for 8, when only 1 month ago I was doing REGULAR bench at 185 for 3. Couldn't help myself, so I threw it up to 225 and regular benched 3 or 4 on my own just to know I could finally play with 2 plates on each side...NEVER did it before, even after lifting for 2 years in my early 20s.

Wow about the sit or sleep with out getting hard is funny. Im the same way right now. I am on 100mgs eod of prop and ive been so fucking horny ive gotten hard at work im like what the fuck go away ya know. LMAO that is funny bro.
 
today i become one with the muscle being worked (geigh, i know)

just bashed my delts. as omega would say, focused lifting with finesse :)

3 sets in the 8-12 rep range, 1 exercise for each head of the delt before mashing them all with dumbbell military

then finishing with scaptions and cable laterals

pumped. it's salmon steak time!

mmmm salmon steak, got some in the freezer. Gonna cook it when I get home from work.:)
