They really do suck. No matter how much i love training em, in the end, leg days suck ass. For my next training split I WILL split hams and quads up to two different days. Now i do Quads, hams AND calves. And i am having difficulty finishing the workouts. Today i almost blacked out after a set of stifflegged deadlifts, and i am almost a hair from puking my guts out. But i guess thats why i love this shit.
