God Damn Gym nuisence!

Hello All,

Our gym gets pretty busy around 6pm. Now, its at this time that a group of young guys in their late teens come in. They all train together. No problems there. However, one guy behaves like a complete Ass. He drops weights, swears out loud if he doesn't reach his set target, never shuts up talking loudly to his friends, and yesterday he was beside me on a bench when his phone went off "STUPID FUCKING PHONE" he thundered out as he stormed off to the changing rooms to answer it.

Now, I don't mind guys being psyched up in the gym,I don't even mind guys being noisy to motivate themselves, but this one dude is coming very near endangering his own safety as hes going for the record of havign pissed off more people in a single gym in 1 hour than any other gym Bro in the world!!!

There are 2 guys in my gym that ALWAYS train together... I think they are an item... anyway, one of the guys dances hip-hop so when he is benching, his partner spots him (all of 100lbs they bench)... when is his partner benching, he is bustin a move in front of the mirror... he always has his ipod thingie on... so they don't really have much of a conversation either...

just to watch those 2 fuggers is hilarious.

Then again, Im spared of much of the gym nonsense, since I train relatively late in the evening (9 - 11 pm)

Sounds like a classic little spoiled brat syndrome. Some people never grow out of it. No matter how jacked or built they get, they just can't shake the personality disorder which drove them to improve themselves in the first place.

It's probably a lack of paternal approbation behind his faults. Maybe you could get all the biggest guys in the gym to go over and tell him what a great set he's just done every once in a while. He might stop crying out for attention.

Pull him aside and let him know that the last guy that acted like him got the shit beaten out of him by some of the bigger guys in the club. Let him know he is looked at like an idiot. That he is making a fool of himself.
If that doesn't work bitch slap him!
