Now, this is what Freddie wants you to do tonight: 1) find the nearest theater playing Dreamgirls and go watch it and sing along; 2) imagine that you have a ring that opens up on the top and that holds poison of some kind. Imagine (just imagine, don't go too far like those girls from "9 to 5") that you are putting the poising in the person's drink (if it is a particular person who is causing you pain). Imagine that that poison turns the person green (and fat), with pores the size of craters. This trick sounds silly, but it really helps take the edge off of things 3) go home, put your highest heels on, do your hair and make up, put on your best red dress and dance all night long by yourself. I suggest Like a Virgin - it is very relaxing.

And think that this too shall pass. You have your health, and life and EF! And Freddie is always here if you want to talk. Putting yourself down will only suck energy out of you - energy that you need to revert this situation. Apply it, don't waste it. Good luck.

she eats like a pig. my mom bought her a heated cat bed and my aunt knit her a blanket.
she used to dart out of the garage every chance she got, then she'd be out in the cold for the night. now she doesn't ever want to leave the garage.

Here is a pic of the new stray I'm trying to nurse back to health. He is doing much better now.....

updated on new kitty.......He passed away last night. Brought him to the vet cause he was sick, he had pneumonia and a severe ear infection.
The vet did a blood test and the poor guy had FIV(feline aids) and leukemia. Vet said he never saw a cat with both.
So I said good-bye to him last night and he was put to peace.
I cried my eyes out........:-(

Thanks G.......I was really devastated. This cat was so sweet. All I wanted was for him to have a second chance at life. He didn't get it.
I was vacuuming today and saw his fur and lost it.....I am such a CRY BABY!!!!

Know this, however. That kitty had someone love and care for it and at the end of its life knew what it was like to be loved. Many, many cats are discarded unceremoniously and must feel very alone and scared. You gave his short life peace and comfort.

I had a kitty die of a heart defect one time while it was still a kitten. I felt terrible until I could go get him autopsied to see what happened.

It definitely sucks.
