GNC scams revisited

DG, I've never had a beef with you before so this isn't personal. But, it doesn't matter what your reasons are or how you try to justify it. Stealing and deceit are WRONG! If you will steal, you will lie. If you will lie and steal, you will cheat. The three go hand in hand in hand. If you are dishonest, you have no honor (by definition). That is not how I want anyone to think of me.

I find it ironic that you espouse stealing and lying as a way to right a supposed wrong. Maybe GNC does overprice it's merchandise but you can't rightly interpret that as stealing. No one is forcing you to buy there. If you don't like their prices, shop somewhere else!

I am not wealthy by any stretch of the imagination, but some day I hope to be. I will work my ass off to get to my goal and when I get there, I expect there will be people just like you who will think less of me because I have money. They won't stop to think that I WORKED for every penny. Yes, I AM BETTER than those people without a dream and a work ethic to get them to it. That won't change with my finances. I am better because I have a dream and work hard to attain it while they just wallow in their self pity and accuse me of stealing from them to line my pockets.

I am honest to a fault and those who know me respect me for that. No one will ever be able to rightfully accuse me of cheating them or stealing from them.

I never did this scam heard of it but yes, I would consider doing it to a corporation like that.

On the other hand I would never no scam or steal from friends small business owners. I seen the corporate ways and "If you can look someone in straight in the face and lie" to them.

I would consider using money the back guarantee (they have enforced) they have if customers not satisfied with product. Most their products I'm not satisfied with.

To call me a thief is an untrue judgment.

To call me enlightened (on the store policies for unsatisfied customers is more accurate.)

GNC brands herbal pills, suck as they put a special coating on pills to stop smells bad herbal oders, that also inhibits in digesting the full dosage.

You're beyond help. You're one of the ones who see "corporations" instead of people who run a business.

You'll steal from a corporation, but not a small chain store? Who do you think RUN the GNC's??? They are franchises!!! For instance, the one in my neighborhood is run by some immigrants from India who have been there for about 12 years or so, now.

They probably scraped every last dime together to purchase those rights to the GNC namebrand.

I was not calling anyone a "thief" because they followed GNC's own return policy. If you are indeed not satified with the product, then take it back.

Don't, however, buy something expensive, swap it for something inexpensive, and then take this bogus product back for an exchange. THAT is stealing.

If you want cheaper supplements, educate yourself on WHERE to find them!

GNC is doing absolutely nothing WRONG! They have higher overhead, advertise more, sponser more bodybuilding contests and circuit shows, have more visable retail space insider nicer malls... etc, etc....

That is THERE business model! it's a FREE COUNTRY and the route they DECIDED TO GO in their marketing and sales!

Because of that, their prices are higher. Another reason ANY RETAILER'S prices are higher is due to SHRINKAGE!

YOu idiots aren't helping your "cause" here. IF you truly want to HELP lower GNC's retail prices, shop at DPSNUTRITION.COM or MASSNUTRITION.com!!!

These chumps deserve to be taken advantage of for taking atvantage of everybody that walks in the store. At GNC where, i work by the way, the manager told us not to warn people about the bad effects of ephedra(for those with health problems) and to sell it to anyone who asks for it. We actually got in trouble for pointing out the warnings on the back of the bottle. I am sure that the people at the top of the corperation are different.....YEAH RIGHT! How much money have each one of you spent on supplements in a GNC? I would be willing to bet that each one of use deserves a gift certificate for about $500 from those asses. I wish you guys would wake up and see that ALMOST all cooperations are rip off artists. And about the taxes of the rich, they should pay more taxes, and the hard working people who didnt get a break should pay much less. Also muscletech would be taking the most loss on this scam, GNC just sends the product back to them. And if anyone tries to defend muscletech, then they REALLY have a lot to learn.
