Sorry but I cant find it. It will come up. But in the meantime, since I followed his Rx and remember what I did, here's what I remember. I believe MM2000 said put 50ml (I just filled two shot glasses which was even more) and mix with water (8-16oz.) and 4 ounces of red wine night before competition or photo shoot or whatever. He might have included creatine. But personally I would take creatine separately as the glycerol is already a sweet sludge and you don't want to gag on it by increasing the sludge with creatine. He said drink it before bed and then have more the next day and sip during the shoot. That was the jist. From my experience, if you want to include red wine, yeah why not? Alcohol will dehydrate you as you probably know. Put the two shot glasses of gllycerol into a glass of water (it will sink to the bottom as you will see it's like syrup -- very sweet). Include red wine or just drink wine afterward. It's all going to eventually meet in your stomach no matter what. Basically: get enough glycerol down with water. Drink the wine, if you want, afterward. Then take your creatine like you normally do. Once everything is chugged, I think six hours is enough to notice the effects. Experiment first to see for yourself. It's not real complicated. That's my experience. And if you're already cut, it's pretty amazing. Great before going to the beach or whenever you want to show off.
