Gluten and Dairy intolerance

I can't eat wheat, oats, corn, milk products or potatoes as I am intolerant to them. I don't know why, I just am.

Anyone got any ideas for help with this, recipes, replacement foods, suggestions?

I can eat small amounts of the Holland & Barrett Whey Protein, but every other protein or weight gainer I have tried is problematic.

Gluten intolerant and I seem to have a problem with a LOT of the legume family. I also have to limit my starchy carbs.

Trust me on this, dead animals and fresh fruit and veggies are your friend. I don't have the time, energy or inclination to screw around with special recipes, I've found foods I enjoy in their relatively natural state, cook them lightly or simply (e.g., stir fry, steaming).

When you have a lot of food issues, health should be your first concern. Focus on eating as much of a variety of things you can to better optimize your nutritional profile and keep yourself feeling well, because when you're predisposed to allergies and intolerances, overloading yourself on any given food is only going to increase your risk of developing FURTHER allergies/intolerances.
 
Yeah, I agree with all that.

Not sure about corn, but i seem to get reaction to it. Lots of people who can't eat gluten do. RYe also.
 
Gluten intolerant here, as well. How much have you learned about the disorder so far?

My 'protein shake' is a half gallon of chocolate milk. I'm still struggling to get a true grip on my diet. I don't know what I would do if I couldn't have dairy.

I've read about some individuals having associated reactions to the protein Casein, which is common in protein powders. Have you noticed any reactions to pure soy?

The best advice I can give you is read as much info as you can on how to identify gluten sources. It's overwhelming at first, but the more you read the more you will find yourself automatically avoiding it.
