I don't stay sore as long, even though I workout harder. And the gear only started a week ago so it's not that, must be the extra glutamine. Hell, even if it did nothing else, it's still an amino acid, a building block of protein, or muscle as we call it, can't really hurt to take in extra protein can it?![]()
