Glutamine

What you can do is add it to your shakes. Since you would be swallowing glutamine with other foods, it could be that less will be denatured and more will enter the small intestines.

Generally I add liquid aminos and glutamine powder with the protein drink.


But no , all research on pubmed agrees with the T Nation article

I think you need to do a bit o' research...everyone is just waking up now to the fact l-glutamine isn't the golden chariot people thought it was. But you just keep forkin' over your $$ for it, if you want ;)

I would only use if you have digestiv problems. If you can swallow 100g of protein and not have gas bloating, etc I would spend my money elsewhere
