Glutamine

take 2 serving one in the AM first thing and one after trainging

take Glutamine peptides ( aka Ener-G)

about 1 huge tablespoon in the AM,a dn one in PM will be pleanty
 
I take what ever the bottle says... Like Omega says though I do take it in the AM and at night.
 
I have Ener-G but I am wondering the actual break down of glutamine per serving...I read this article that said 50-120gms a day and that would cost me like $3 a day just for glutamine so i am not sure if that dosage is right. Anther Bro from here said 40grams a day.
 
I have literally dozens of research data on Glutamine & Peptide bonded Glutamine given orally to be very effective.

If you want to cover all bases you can use:
2 servings a day of Ener-G (about 11g of glutamine peptides)
2 ISO-AGB a day (about 4g of Acetyl-L-Glutamine)
30grams of regular Glutamine.

There is no evidance that excess Glutamine consumption has any negative impact on one's health, so I prefer taking more than takin less.

Regular Glutamine powder you can buy from anywhere
N-Acetyl-L-Glutamine you can buy from afstore (ISO-AGB protein)
Peptide bonded Glutamine you can buy from afstore (Ener-G)

Regular Glutamine is supposed to be poorly bioavailable, but I guess 40grams a day does it's magic. N-Acetyl-L-Glutamine sounds promising as well as peptide bonded glutamine, so I like to cover all bases.
