Glucosamin/Condroitin

A friend claims that it makes him stronger. Anyone tried it?

I believe its just for joints. I dont see an increase in strength.

I use glucosamin for pain that I get in my left elbow that effects my grip and my forearm. The only thing that I have ever heard of using this is to help and relieve pain in the joints. It is used by people that have arthritis.
