Nice to see that they're offering international shipping...should mean fewer "where to get this book" threads.

The book is now at the printer's, and the site linked above says it should ship from the printer Dec. 1st. This news up one level from the actual linked page (the "home" link). The preorder price of $14.95 plus shipping is hard to beat.

I'm really looking forward to this one.
