I would love an opportunity to try a new pre workout! I am currently not taking any supplements besides multivitamins, whey, and fish oil. I am on a 12 week transformation in order to drop a good amount of body fat. I am down 6 pounds in 3 weeks, so progress is going well. I have have had bad luck in the past with pre workouts due to needing such a high dose since i am used to so much caffiene on a normal basis.

I feel a good preworkout could help with since I have a lack of energy and focus in the gym right now due to low calories and carbs.

eq 400mg week 1-12
NPP 75mg eod for week 1-5
