Giving it a go

Hey bros, been away for a while(problems with personal life) and hurricane disasters. Anyway, I am going to be running 100mg EOD of Tren Ent. and (time period not sure how long yet) I am 6'2", 200lbs right now and looking to bulk up a little but not bloat. I am doing 3 to 4 sets of everything and increasing weight each week, as well as getting back to the diet of egg whites, veggies, peanut butter, chicken, steak and protein shakes. My long term goals are to put on about 10 lbs or 15 if I can and get pretty toned in the process. Is walking on the treadmill in the morning on an empty stomach and then working out in the evening a good idea? I am looking to dedicate myself to this cycle with no interruptions and no "giving up". I have been off track for a good long while with personal problems and depression. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks to all who respond.

My advice wolod be to stay off the cycle for now. You'll make plety of progress natty if you're coming back from a layoff. Besides, 10 pounds ain't much. Just eat and train solidly.

Based on what you wrote, it sounds like your only motivation is to run a cycle, otherwise you wouldn't lift. Besides, there's no need to shoot ent. EOD so tha makes me question how ready you are for gear. Also, you can kiss your libido goodbye w/ a tren only cycle.

Is that your motivation?

Thanks for the info bro. I mistyped what I meant to say. I am going to run ace not ent. I ran ace before with a test ent and at the end of it, i threw in some winny. I train hard with or without gear. I've been training for 7 years and the last 3 hardcore. I've run ONE, only one cycle besides this one I'm about to do. I'm just looking for a boost.

Still, IMO you should milk the return-from-layoff-gains as much as possible. Especially since 10 pounds should be a cakewalk at 6'2" 200. Jump on the SF bill star 5x5 and get it in 6-7 weeks.

Besides, if you're dealing w/ depression then I think AAS is a total no-no.

hate to be a wet blanket but I gotta call it like I see it.

I agree with Guiness. Run gear out of necessity. Do you really need gear to gain 10 lbs when you're coming back from a layoff, and at 6'2" weigh only 200lbs?? Absolutely not. Train with a focus on heavy basic movements and worry about progress. Eat plenty of wholesome foods too, and you shouldn't even need to bother with AAS.

Cool, thanks guys, I appreciate the info. Maybe I'll lay off of it and give eating and back to basics a try. Not a wet blanket bro, just truthful info.
