I think i may have posted something like this before but i can't find it. But....school starts tomorrow, and I need to bring a snack like i always do or i'll die of hunger before lunch. Can you guys give me some ideas of what to bring with lots of protein?

No protein powder, tastes like shit mixed with water lol
 
Tinned Fish (the ones around here have around 156 cals 26g protein little 0 carbs and 0 fat.

Make your own, flapjacks ok they will be higher in carbs then plain chicken or tuna. Adding loads of protein powder. i love the taste. high in complex, low in sugar high in protein. One slice has: 204kcal 14g protein 25g carbs 5g fats

Have 2 in morning, then some mixed nuts and a shake in the afternoon. normal Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner and bingo 5 meals done
 
beef jerky's without a doubt!!!

almonds and walnuts are good too for a snack

don't bring the tuna to class people will hate you lol
 
Lol thank you everybody, i wish i could bring the tuna but i can't bring my can opener because it's on my pocket knife and yeah if I get caught with a blade i'm fucked lol. I'm going to try some of those ideas
