Girlfriend finally admitted she hates my shaved head.

Fuck her. I didn't do it for her in the first place. She asked me how long I was going to keep it like this. I said until I get tired of it. She replies "Or until you get tired of my hassling you about it."

I got a bit irritated at that but maintained my composure and told her that the more the comments on it, the longer I'll keep it this way.

Whatever happened to a partner showing support for their significant other? I'd expect her to admit if she didn't like it, that's only fair. But don't think you can control me through nagging.
 
some gals get off on TRYING to control their guys.

the important point here is if YOU like being smooth.

i get lots of compliments on my smooth scalp, from guys and gals.

seems like after a few drinks, they ALL like to rub their hands over my head.

which sometimes leads to rubbing the other smooth head.

short version: dude, if u like it, keep it somooth. if not, it'll grow out quickly.

I'm never going back.
 
Tell her you can no further explore her vaginal cavity with a bald head...this should bring her around to your side.

My gal is very controlling also.

One time, when she was trying to get me to grow it... I said:

"I've been bald since you met me."

And she said: "Yeah, but when I met you I just thought it was a phase you were going through."

don't let her nag you its your head. guys look great with a bald head.
not knowing if she has long hair or not. but ask her if she would cut her hair short if you kept nagging her.
hopefully that should keep her quiet.

people that see my driver's license pic from before (glasses, no face fuzz, hair) can't believe the difference.



P.S. using skin bronzer on the shaved area helps out to hide the tan line.
 
My girlfriend at the time used to tell me how much she didn't like my head shaved everytime I did it.

I think she got the hint when she changed her hair and asked me what I thought. I told her "since it bothered me so much everytime you told me you didn't like my hair, I am not going to say anything..." Her jaw dropped and she started wearing her hair different the next day.

Hasn't said anything about me being bald in a while though.

My wife didn't care all that much for it when I first shaved my head, but she accepted it, and in the immortal words of the comic book guy from Simpsons "Don't try and change me baby!"
 
Actually, she's pretty non-controlling. But therre still that undercurrent that all but the coolest of women have.

She did pull this out though. When we first started dating, We were talking and I mentioned how I really liked and preferred long hair on a woman. Well, last night she tells me how when we first started dating I told her how she better not cut her hair short or else. I don't know the purpose of this comment but it's effect was supposed to be that I should have kept my hair long because she was doing the same for me. WTF?!?!

I hate when a woman asks a general question and then uses your answer against you later. I said I prefer long hair. I never said she had to keep it like that.

As far as a tan line goes, I really don't have much of one. The skin colors are pretty similar.

And I can't wait to go out with my boys this weekend and see if I get any attention from the ladies. (Not gonna cheat on my girlfriend, so don't even accuse me of it).
 
I think this all depends on the kind of head you have, and the type of body it sits on. Bigger guys with good facial bone structure tend to look terrific with shaved heads.

It's sort of bad-boy sexy, and it's really in style right now.

You're right about the bigger guys comment. I had my head shaved in basic training about 7 years ago. I was skinny and had to wear the Birth Control Glasses (so ugly, you'll never get laid). I looked horrible. But I figured I was finally getting big enough to pull it off. 6'2" 210 lbs.

I'm not so sure about it being in style though. But that doesn't matter to me. I just wanted to look like my favorite actor Bruce Willis. :D
 
Man, I think I am going to have to take your chicks side on this issue. I mean you should try to look as good as you can for her and vice a versa. And if she started dating you with hair, then that is one of the reasons she picked you. I mean would you support her if she shaved her head like one alien freak bitches in Star Trek? See what I am saying?

I refuse to surrender my free will to a girl I've only dated for 1 1/2 months. As a matter of fact, I refuse to surrender it to anyone. She can choose whether she wants to continue dating me or not. Just as I could choose not to date her if she shaved her head.

But you're overlooking one important fact. I look goooood! :D
 
i dont think i ever see any guys here with bald heads. maybe a couple of the basketball players but their black. i cant imagine that it would make a white guy better looking.

I am glad you think you look good but what matters is what your chick thinks. I would say chicks but you say you don't want to play the field anymore. Remember girls are the ones with the goodies that we want. I don't do things for me I do things to get my chick to have more sex. For me I would like to have long hair(I am a hippie at heart plus my dad would never let me grow it out so I am still a little rebellous about that) but I look better with shorter hair. So since I get more sex with shorter hair I have shorter hair. Remember the goal is to get as much sex as possible before you die.

Anyway so if she gets hornier with your hair longer, then maybe you would get more sex with longer hair. You gotta look at the important things here and sex is the important thing.

I understand where you're coming from (sust). But be strong my brother. You have to learn to control the puddy. Don't let it control you. Remember, YOU are THE MAN!

A problem I see with society is that the culture has changed in such a way as to make a man feel that he has to apologize for his sexuality while a woman can celebrate hers. I will not apologize for being a man, just as I don't ask a woman to apologize for being a woman.

Cool that you like the look. But remember the old saying "you can't have to cake and eat too?". I mean you can't expect her to accept the fact that you shave your head and she has to keep her hair long because YOU like it. There has to be a meeting point some where. If she wants to cut her hair short let her do it. You will see that she will not bother you about your shaved head again. Just my opinion though

That was my point. I never said she couldn't cut her hair. But she tried to turn it around on me. She can do what she wants same as me.
 
GOTTA LOVE THE MR CLEAN BALD HEAD LOOK.. I JUST FEEL LIKE I LOOK THAT MUCH MORE INTIMIDATING WITH A BALD HEAD. IVE SHAVED MY HEAD PRETTY MUCH WEEKLY FOR THE PAST 4 YRS. EVERYONE GETS PISSED WHEN I COMPLAIN AFTER LIKE 5 DAYS OF SHAVING IT, ME SAYING "DAMN THE SHITS GETTING LONG AGAIN"

i would like to see pictures of guys with shaved heads. i cant think of any guys around here with a clean shaven bald head (except for some black dudes). i cant imagine good looking guys shaving their heads bald.

The guy I'm dating shaves his head every 2-3 days. I love it!

Before he had it spiked, which was hot as well, but I couldn't touch it, or I would "mess it up" lol

She's on thin ice anyway. We fought yesterday about some stupid shit. It came out that she thinks we have sex too much. TOO MUCH?!??!?! You women are never happy. You bitch about not getting enough and you bitch about getting too much.
