There are precursors to side affects with women. If there voice is getting sore and scratchy like they have a very mild case of strep then it is a sign that it will deepen, and if her private area getts really itchy then it's a sign that enlargement will occur. As for the length a person can stay on anavar for years without problems, but try an 8 week cycle and gauge her results

Yes. Anavar can help her lean out and build muscle.

Don't tell her that though...Most females will say "But, I don't want big muscles, I just want to tone."

So, tell her it will help her lean out (with diet and cardio) and "firm up" or whatever other way you can say it without saying "build muscle".

My wife has done several var cycles. Currently running 20 mg ED for 8 weeks. She loves it Her strength and muscle have come up, BF down. Keep in mind her diet is very clean. Never had a problem, has ran it a 5mg ED, 10mg ED, 15 mg ED and up to the current 20mg ED.
