Girlfriend and Anivar

First, define "top notch" .... what does she eat?

Second, WTF with Clen weeks 1-3? Clen should be cycled 2 on / 2 off. Plus, there is NO way you know for sure whe would stay at 20mcg of Clen a day. Dose is individual - it doesn't depend on gender, only on individual tolerance.

Third, never know what will happen with the Var and dose until you/she does it.

Her diet is very clean, it consists of 6 meals a day, 2 hours between. Each meal is a small portion of a protein and a carb. (chicken, brown rice). Then nothing after 6pm.

I was just putting something out there for some ideas. I was only assuming 20mcg/day since it would be a lose dose. I'm also thinking of just an ECA stack for her. You really know a lot about this, think you could help me out with her?

Keep in mind that joint pain is not always caused by the AAS being employed. Often times it's from the person using more weight and they're joints are not able to handle it.

Are you kidding me? SUCH bad advice. Thanks for trying though.

Women should NOT go above 15mg - even that is overkill. In a female, 10mg ED will give her PHENOMINAL results ....... IF IF IF IF her diet is clean and she is training hard.

Yes, some women have taken higher doses and been fine. But the higher the dose, the more of a chance for sides. More is NOT better - and certainly not smarter.

If diet and training are not in place, then all the AAS in the world will help. That goes of men AND women, of course. :)

its unbelievable that someone would post this quiestion on the the this forum when there is a fuckin womens forum.

Excellent point. The weights did increase but were not sure if that was the issue. Heres' something else we didn't mention. She ended up with shin splints from doing light cardio. This has never happended before. they hit about 3 weeks into the cycle and lasted for 3-4 weeks afterwards. Go figuire ?
