I am prepping for national level show, figure. I am 4 weeks into my diet and I am stresssed. @weeks into my diet I had lost 4 lbs. 2 weeks later gained back 2, this am I am more than when I started. This is my first time using AAs for a show. My clothes are a little looser. My trainer says to stay off the scale, I'm putting on muscle because of the aas. But really, I can't go on stage and not lose weight??? :worried: :mad:
 
what are you using .. stats pictures.. diet..

You haven't giiven us any info

well if your clothes are more loose, then you are gaining some muscle and loosing more fat, remember muscle weighs more than fat. but give us some more info please
 
Get an underwater bodyfat test now and at the end of the cycle to know exactly what your true progress is, people get fixated on scale weight, what matters is how much lean body mass you have versue bodyfat.......waist should get tighter, butt tighter, look more cut....

It is really unfortunate that women have this phobia of gaining a few lbs of muscle. I'm sure if your sticking to the diet that your shedding bf and gaining muscle which of course weighs more. You said that your clothes are looser so there's a sign. Listen to your trainer and stay off the scale since you mentally can not handle this transformation in your figure which I'm sure is going to make you look great. Relax, stress is the number one reason why people do not do as well as they hoped in Bodybuilding and figure competitions. If your working with someone who knows their stuff when it comes to prepping athletes for their shows your in good hands. Focus on things that are within your control and don't sweat the small stuff. :)

Sorry, no pics but I am 5'8". I have been training many years but only using AAs for the last year. Started at 150.6lbs, 2 weeks later 146.0 , this am 151.
week 12-8 winny 12.5mg per day oral
week 10-2 100mg primo
I train hard . Diet is about 1850cal 260 protein, 140 carbs and 15 fat. (this may be off a little, from memory, I'm not at home)
 
Thanks slydog, thats what people close to me are saying too. My trainer is an Olympia level competitor who dialed me in perfect last year, but I was natural too. Has anyone else have this happen to them? :confused: I am going to drop the winny and switch to anavar. I was thinking of this week becuase my voice is starting to crack.
