I am prepping for national level show, figure. I am 4 weeks into my diet and I am stresssed. @weeks into my diet I had lost 4 lbs. 2 weeks later gained back 2, this am I am more than when I started. This is my first time using AAs for a show. My clothes are a little looser. My trainer says to stay off the scale, I'm putting on muscle because of the aas. But really, I can't go on stage and not lose weight???
