i'm actually on a girl cycle right now.
just taking about 15-25mg of winny a day.
i have been off for almost a year, but started some serious dieting the last 4 weeks or so. I'm just taking a little to help keep the muscle i have.
Don't know if its really doing anything, but it keeps my muscles in a nice shape(visually) as i diet down.
when i get to lower body fat i will bump it up to 50mg / day for some vascularity and hardness, and maybe it will add some more shape to them.
i think the reason why low dosages are not good for men is beacuse they are already producing test. i believe its around 80 - 100mg/week?
so if you are supping with roids , you would want atleast 150-200mg/week to see some results.
i think small dosages do work, you just got to be at the right bodyfat to see it.
