My girlfriend need to loose about 15 pounds to be perfectly slim. She is not eating a lot now, but the damage has already been done and she need to loose those pounds.

I was wondering what would be a SAFE way for her to loose those pounds? Unfortunately she cannot workout because
she both studying and back from work at 23:00 every day.

I don't want something that would turn her into a man, nor something that can interfere in any way with birth conrol pills.

Any suggestions except Xenadrine?

:D
cut off one of her arms:D

if she can't work out, what are you wanting us to suggest? maybe it's your lucky day, there's a post on methamphetamine down below!j/k:D

Seriously, man, you have to make exercising a priority if you want to enact a permanent change in your life. There is no magic pill.

I will refrain from posting the disgusting post I had in mind, but this post deserved a flame, it was really annoying. We don't help people who don't work out here.

Just keep telling her you love her fat belly just the way it is. She may find her schedule opening up enough for some workouts.

Magicbolan. Do a search and you'll get lots of info on this great product

All flames aside, the first thing you need to do is ask her if SHE wants to lose the weight. If she's not into it, then its your problem and not hers.

The next thing to do is check her diet. Even with all the training time in the world, a bad diet will keep her from making progress. Does she eat clean? Enough good quality protein, fats, carbs? And note that if she's not expending any energy then she needs to keep the diet at least at a maintenance calorie level, if not slightly lower. And then if she is interested in making the time for 5-6 small meals & adjusting her lifestyle to fit that, then she can probably find some time to hit the gym too. If she's on that tight of a schedule, it would probably be very beneficial for her to get in the gym just for some stress relief.

I would have to think that putting someone who may already be stressed out , on a thermo or something like clen might be more misery than its worth w/ the jitters, etc. But just my opinion.
