ginger roots makes me shit alot

is this normal i know one guy tat ginger helps him stop fartin the protien out but for me it gives me the runs

what kind of ginger? raw, powder or extract..

this is a common effect from extract.. it is TOO harsh..
 
I remember a post a while back saying that Ginger root taken with every meal can help you digest twice as much protein...I wonder if that was really true??

That is true. Look for a recent post from utler on the subject. Do a search, it was here today.

i got this by GNC Herbal Plus concentrate series:

Ginger root (zingiberis officinale) 1000mg (from 100mg of ginger root extract 10:1)--->each cap.

sound good? if this will help me with protein digestion i will take it. other wise i take enough shit already.
 
it may be a little strong (it really depends on individual tolerance).. extracts are not as good for digestion (for naseau.. yes.. but not digestion)..

the ginger caps at AF are specifically tailored toward protein digestion.

you can try to ease up on ginger root and take some enzymes as well...
