i honestly didnt notice any difference from ginger root ingestion, but its suppost to help breakdown protein for digestion; Macro will shed a brighter light on this.
i take 1/2 tsp or less in some water before i eat usually. it has worked miracales for me. no more gas, no more having to shit every hour. it's phenomenal. i say give it a try.
pretty much as everyone has said above.. and it is quite cheap.. if you shop around.. the ginger extract can be too potent.. most people prefer just the ginger root powder caps
