Guys
I have had alot of help from you all but have reached the point of real frustration and am appealing to those of you with bodies like the men in the gillette ads to help...how the hell do you get a body like that??

I have been watching what I eat, though mainly eating proteins, and shakes, with copious amounts of water and hydroxycut, maintaining a weight of 66kg and 5ft 7 in height
the abs are slowly showing through but nothing like the cut these guys have,
I do run uphill for 15 mins,
10 mins rowing,
100 situps
100 crunches
and 1 hour of weights...what more can I do?? Please help, I wanna be able to wake up in the morning and take a shave and have my girlfriend rub her hands up and down my washboard stomach too!!!

Cheers for the advice..it is coming I guess it's just a matter of time, thought it's been 4 months so far and I can't complain about the results (hey at least I am seeing something, right?) ;)

How long have you been on this current routine of diet and exercise? What are your stat? BF%?
Consistancy is the key to shaping or building a better body...keep going strong with intensity through your workouts and you will see your body shaping up month after month.

I agree with the capt......you have to sick with it. Nothing will change overnight. You are on the right track......keep up the great work.
 
I have been trying to figure out the bf% but have no callipers etc to measure them precisely, I have been on this diet/excersise program mentioned above for four months..

Thanks for all the positive advice!
