Giant knot in my glute after injection

Hi guys, I'm usually just a lurker here and never post. I love the site, great source of info. I'm currently taking a test/tren cycle. I gave myself 2 cc the other night and notice a small knot afterwards. It had been hurting a little bit, so I checked it out this morning and now that knot is sort of blackish and is the size of a baseball. What do you think it is? Is it infected? I always swab everything very very well with alcohol beforehand, so I'm shocked if that's what it is. It doesn't hurt that badly anymore, it's just huge and sort of black. Should I go to the doc for this? I'm just wondering. Thanks for the help.

It's warm...not really hot. If I press on it, it hurts, but it's not a constant throbbing pain. It feels like I'm just sore if I press it.

as mentioned above, no redness and heat means no infection period. that does not mean you didn't hit a nerve, vein or have a sterile infection. a sterile infection is too much gear in one area. ive had it several times. ive had a knot for close to a month before but it was not an abcess. i went to the doc the first time but never again. i leanred that if you massage after injecting with heat if you can you'll never get a knot of pain again. just heat and massage it for 20 minutes then do ice for 20 minutes while massaging. go to a hot tub and blast that jet into it as much pain as you can handle. that will make it go away in a day or so. good luck you are fine. infections and abcesses are nasty not just knots you would know my friend

What size pin did you use? Maybe didnt get it all the way in the muscle??

if it has any heat then it is either an infection or the start of one. It should not be a different temp then the rest of your ass. If you massage it and use warm compresses it will go away. if it spreads then see a doc

23 gauge, 1".

The damn thing has swollen up even bigger now. It's bigger than a softball. It doesn't hurt though, but it's beginning to worry me...

Massage and warm compresses. Start that shit now. Is it hard? if so its your body building a wall around the AAS. use warm compresses and massage it now.

actually..dont massage it until the swelling and pain subsides

massaging inflammed tissue is a good way to create permanent scar tissue
you have to give the body time to create the proper myosite structures necessary for repair. by aggravating that you risk long term damage

Sounds like its just oil needing to disperse. I would not worry and should go down in next 48 - 72 hours

Keep an eye on it and obviusly avod that injection site for some time so it can heal

The bruise part of it definitely sounds like you passed through a vein. If it doesn't hurt you can just keep an eye on it over the next couple days. The knot can be attributed to a hypersensitive reaction to the BA content of your gear. If it becomes painful, you can't go wrong heading to the doctor.

It was a mixture of test and tren. I'm not sure how much of each b/c it's mixed in the vial together. I know it's not a lot of test though, mainly tren.
