GHB May become available

A company named Orphan Medical Out of Minneapolis published a trial which showed that GHB was an effective treatment for narcolepsy. They have applied for marketing approval under the drug name Xyrem. Looks like all we might need is a script in the future-tomo

I would think ghb would cause a sudden sleep. How does it help?

It works, a associate was in the trial in denver. but he found their ghb too expensive and they did not provide enough for "entertainment" purposes.

btw- you actually have to have narcolepsy in order to get a script- though they are considering using it to treat depression.

I think its great if they can use it to treat Narcolepsy... I have been suffering from it .....
