Gh/slin

In my research I've found conflicting methods of shooting GH/Slin.

Some say shoot the Insulin and 2hrs later the GH.

Some say shoot them at the same time(in different needles).

Which is better and why.

the slin should be done post workout. GH should be done early am and early afternoon

here is one way

I do 10iu slin right after my workout(in my car) drink a carbo force,drive home in about half hour i do my 3iu of G.H.This along with other gear has given me the best gains ever.

How many iu's of GH are you doing altogether pr day? 6iu pr day?

when i use slin i will take around 8iu's to the gym with me along with a carbo force (100g carbs).i also throw in a scoop of creatine and glutamine..as soon as i finish my workout i will fire in the slin...15 min later i drink the carbo force...45 min later i have a high pro drink....an hour after all that i eat one of my regular meals...

SO SLIN AT THIS TIME IS WORKING BUT DOESN,T IT ^KILL^ HGH??? WHAT,S YOUR WEIGHT RIGHT NOW AN % OF BF???
