GH sides and lack thereof....Is this normal?

Any help or insight would be appreciated...

I am 7 weeks into 3 i.u.'s / ed of humatrope. The only sides I've experienced, and I started from day 1 at 3 iu's is that my feet are really, really cold. I walk around with 2 pairs of socks on in 80 degree weather. Is this normal? And they're cold, not really tingling or numb. Also I am not feeling like I could go to sleep at the drop of a hat any time during the day. Should I be expecting this effect and after how long?

The main effect after almost 7 weeks that I've noticed/felt is that my strength increased in the gym. Today I benched almost my complete bodyweight and reached a milestone on incline, and upper chest is my weakest body part. When do you see fat start to roll off weekly? I'm 6'1, 230, 20% and eating 2250/cal day. High protien, carb taper as the day goes on. I have enough gh to run it a full year. Granted I'm impatient but when do you expect I may see some more obvious results....

Thanks in advance...

Done quite a bit of research and never heard of the cold extremities issue you describe. There is something else going on here.
I would also like to know how old you are. If you are taking HGH for strength gains I think you may be going about it the wrong way.

HGH is very long term. You have to think of it more as a slow strengthening of the health of your entire body ... all the cell growth - organs, bone and muscle. It does not give you a rapid hit and accelerated muscle popping growth. However, it will accelerate any aas you are using.

If you look at pictures of Yates over the years, you can see how the entire foundation of his body increased. I believe that was due in part to HGH.

HGH is normally used by older bb's and fitness seniors because their body no longer produces it.

Think in terms of 30, 60, 90 .... even 180 days.

It will not shred you of fat unless you diet. Then you'll see an acceleration of fat loss. You are doing that.

If you want quick results ... try test, eq ...

If you are willing to be patient, HGH will make a big difference.

I have no answer for the cold feet problem. I got sleepy a lot during my first 60 days. I attribute that to the body growing and demanding more recovery time.

Make usre you inject either eod or M-Fr with week ends off. This is to prevent shut down of your own body's production.

The cold feet/hands is from an elevated metabolism and your bodies increased efficiency at converting carbs into heat. Sounds like you need to up your carb intake to me. When I go low carbs after about 36 hrs my hands and feet start freezing which makes it difficult to sleep. Sounds to me like you're experiencing something similar except the GH is what's causing you to burn up your carbs much more quickly than usual.
