Hey just wanted to see what you guys would recommend in gh injection time.
I understand that before bedtime is a waste as the first couple of hours natty gh is produced by ourselves.
I inject ed SQ, right before I workout around 8pm. Also for postwork out drink I have been using 48g of ON only. I am learning about dextrose and nutrient uptake. But still very much unclear.
Picked up some dextrose today and am going to start adding it to my post-workout shakes. How does gh and glycogen/insulin work together? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
