I know very little about GH but I may try it once I get out of BASIC.
So, for you bros out there that have used it and have some things to share with me please answer these ?'s if you have time!
1. Which brand do you prefer?
2. What dosage do you feel is best for fat-loss?
3. What dosage do think is best for muscle gain?
4. What dosing schedule do you think is best?...i.e. morning/night/split...5on/2off....EOD...ED...and why.

jinotropin, china is inexpensive and top quality.
the pros use 20i.u+ per day and THATS A FACT!

with a dose like that youll gain mass AND shed fat..
and also dig a hole in your pocket.
 
I hope like hell it will not take 20 iu per day for me to help me shed body fat! I am hoping for good results in the 3-4 IU range....Talked to my HRT Doc today will be starting HGH soon so ill post up my progress after i get started.....after i go back to the damn lab because they forgot to draw for my TEST levels grrrrrrrr!

I was going to pick up maybe 600 -1000 iu's and start at 2-3 per day for a few months. I might kick it up after that but I'm not sure yet.

Chef I think that is a great way to start. Have a nice supply and run at a mild dose for a long time. I am just wrapping up an 8 month run of 3-4 iu/day 5 on 2off (started out @ 3 went to 4 then back to 3). If I could run it forever I would. Jinotropin. Had issues w/ my wrists a few times but I found that backing it off for a few days got rid of it reasonably quickly. That is the only side effect that I did not like. The rest were great. Sense of well being, great skin (soft, good glow), good sleep, fat loss, perminent size gain. The price has come down so much I think I just talked myself into stocking up for another rip.

What kind of gains/fat loss did you have? Did you do any cycles while on it?

chefbone i think starting at 2-3iu/day is perfect, especially if looking mainly for fat loss. i always did2-4iu/day 5 days a week. staying on 6 months is best IMO. sure staying on longer will yield better results, but what does it do to insides w/extended use? i did serostim. in feb i'll be trying jintropin for first time at 2-4iu/day for 5-6 months. each time i noticed more fat loss from gh than muscle gain. in 2001 it worked best at 4iu/day 5 days/week for 4 months. i was on alot of AS too, but i could feel and see the GH leaning effects. i went from 246 15% BF to 204 7%. i don't think i would have got that lean w/out the GH. my diest was not totally on point either. always felt icould stray off diet alittle more when on GH. T3 and clen along w/ AS is best when using GH. some say insulin too but i say fuck that. then there are those who say they think GH is a waste of $. affects everyone different. i love it.

I too like jinotropin. I'll never run gh at less than 10iu/day again. But for the majority of the peeps on this board, 3-4iu/day suits their goals just fine.
 
2-4 I.U.'s a day is perfect. I've used several kinds, but the best bang for the buck is Anasome direct from china. The only adverse side I've had from it is some tingling in the finger tips. Run 2 IU's ED or 5 on 2 off for a month or 2 and then bump it up to 4. I've tried it every way and I don't think timing makes that big of a difference. I take it all in 1 shot in the morning (4 IU's). Its not the GH that makes the difference (very short half life) it is the other systems it turns on in your body. Don't get caught up in the details, of splitting up dosage, bringing it work etc. It works well for fat loss and muscle gain.
 
thx K back 2 u. I initially started using it b/c I was in the USADA pool and knew that I could run it w/o worring about being drug tested. I have run winny with it (got shredded as a mofo). I stay lean cuz of my sport (never go over 10% usually 8%. dunk tank tested as low as 6.25)) but w/ the gh I found that I can remain lean with very little effort. And if I am focused getting ab veins is not that tough to do.

I am no longer in the pool so I am running a real cycle right now and am 5 wks into it. 600mg enan/wk 62.5mg fina eod. .5mg a dex eod. I am actually getting leaner, am up 6 lbs, strength is sick skin is baby smooth w/ no zits at all .

Honestly Chef, I would not waste the money on it, I will never buy it again unless maybe when the rest of my hair turns grey.....I have made much better gains on IGF, shed just as much fat from my bulker as I did on HGH, and NO SIDES. I ran GH for 6 months, starting at 2iu, was up to 10 by the end of 6 months, even at 2iu the sides SUCKED, especially going into the Military, you dont want sore joints, I really wouldn't suggest gh, especially for anabolic gains, unless you are 40's and higher.

Indy: I'm not going to do it now, it's for when I get stationed somewhere. If I happen to get sent to the Middle East right away, I'm going to wait. But if I'm stationed for longer then 6 months, I want to try it. I'm not sold on IGF just yet. I know absolutely nothing about IGF so.... :Chef: :tuc:

Im going 3 IU 5/2 off for the next 12 months with a cycle or 2 thrown in there. Anyone else utilized dosages like this and if so what where the results. Im looking for the overall health benefits of the GH as well as fat loss.

yes that will work fine, need to extend cycle 5-6 months if you want anabolic effects, but you can get ripped in 3 months easily.
