GH gone bad??

Got a question for the experienced fellas out there about GH vials...My buddy noticed his cookie sitting at the bottom of the first couple he's used, now in a different kit, he's said that the cookie is sitting suspended in the vial. I'm no expert here with this, they're ARE in the fridge, but not sure about prior to shipping....what's the verdict?? Thanks..

What kind of a cookie? Chocolate chip or peanut butter chip?
