GH and strength

Hello All,

There is a dude in our gym who's as big as a brick-shithouse. Even by his own admission, he takes GH by the truck-load. However, I have never ever seen him lift heavy, he does the same boring training day in day out, and spends way too long resting between sets and never leaves before having spent 2 hours in the gym. Now, in relation to the GH, is it fair to say that GH has no influence at all in terms of increasing your strength as this guy is hopeless. Yes, he's got the mass thanks to genetics, but when you see someone of his size huffing and puffing on a 170KG squat, you have to laugh! So, GH and strength?

Thants the thing! He is absolutely full of gear. He'll even admit that himself and has spoken about GH a number of times. Now, what I can't figure out is why the mofo lifts like a girl and trains like he's putting down the time of day. I mean, I was doing very modest 200kg Deadlifts and he looked at me as if to say "Wow, people can actually do that"! What a plank!!!!

Now, I have no doubt but that he's taking more than just GH, but what shocks me is his total lack of strength.
 
He's probably just a lazy person who gets by on good genetics. Good for BB, but tell him never to go into strength training as he'd get laughed at with an attitude like his all the way home! GH on its own is nothing. I expect he's loading up on insulin, but he has to be on more!

hey bro yea its been a while had loads of work to do

he must be shittin you because no one can add mass from GH only, the only possibility for GH to add mass would be if the liverproduced IGF-1 (that the GH increases) would build muscles, but it has been proven not to have anything positive on musclebuilding for humans (it was actually proven catabolic on pigs or rats don't remember) and GH makes you less insuline tolerant (wich isn't very good for getting big as a shithouse) so either way he's on the gear or else he's got pretty good genetics. I know a dude who was dead lifting 190 kilos at the age of 18 all natural (my little brother) with a descent technique but you never know, since you live in a country with pretty liberal steroid-laws you definately dont know :qt:
