GH and Stiff Hands

I'm taking 4IU of GH per day and in the last couple of days my left hand getting very num, when i go to sleep the joint in my fngers are very stiff, and when i close them they hurt, and when i try to open them they spring.
The only way i get quick relief is by putting my hand under hot water.

Please post of you have an explanation on whats happening to my hands.
I'm on my 8 weeks of deca, winy and GH and i have gained 30#

It is very simple to explain. One of the most common side effects of gh use is carple tunnel syndrome. It should go away after you stop using the gh.

The first time I did growth this happened to me. The tips of a few of my fingers actually went numb for over a month. It subsided as I lowered the dose and with time.

I had to stop, both my arms were numb and 1 week later its improved a lot but I dont have much feeling in three fingers on my right hand. Its annoying to say the least.

I've had those sides but at 6iu/day. I was told to supplement with 1500mgs of Calcium, 200mgs of Potassium and 75mgs of DHEA. That seemed to help but did'nt make the sides go away. I would continue it and run it dry. You've made it this far, no need to discontinue. My 2cc's.

Damn, sounds like I've got some fun stuff to look forward to when I start my GH...

I started to get nervous to tell you the truth, I thought I lost feeling for good. But all is well.

DO you guys know if Creatine or ALA is bad idea when on GH. The pain increased when i started loading on creating, any conection

GH use can cause blood sugar issues so ALA isnt a bad idea. Creatine, from what I know of it, it primarily works on muscle cells and shouldnt due much to aggrivate the numbing symptoms that often occure.

i think the best thing to do is to back it off a bit and see how you feel go from 6iu's to 4ius and see if that helps. if not, bump it down to 2ius. if 2 works for you maybe give 3 a try.

This is exactly what I did. I went from 6 back down to 4 and it made a world of a difference. The second time I used growth I was able to go to 8 iu with no problems.

Been running 4 IU (5 on/2 off) for about 5 months now and pain and swelling in my hands have stayed steady - some days worse...
Big problem trying to do straight bar curls cause the pain running up my forearm on one arm inhibits a good work out... Inaddition, aside from the pain, swelling seems to reduce my ability to physically hold the bar...

My greatest problem when I sleep is in my front delts -- they tighten up significantly and have a dull arthritic pain... Even some days while at the rock-pile (work) they hurt all day until I get in the gym and warm them up…

Overall body, joints have pain above the waist…

Q: Have about 2 months left – can I stop and start again… Or is it best to run everything together…

Nick1974 and Zyg creatine is a bad idea if you have carple tunnel symptoms on gh, the increased water retention will aggravate the condition. Also arimidex is some relief if you are also running d-bol, test etc. In the past 20mg of lasix post workout has also helped me a lot. I always do lasix post workout, otherwise it seems to drain my strength.:) Also if symptoms are to bad you can go to a good orthro and get a localized cortisteroid injection right into the carple tunnel. This will cure all but the most severe cases, in severe cases a cycle of several injections will cure most people.:)

Once I get the felling back in my fingers I will hit it again at 2IU and see how it goes :)

liftsiron, I think you are right. My hand got much worst when i start loading on creating its like my fnger got mor swelling. I'm thinking about keeping the 4 IU per day, but i'm going to drop from seven days, to 5 and 2 off if that did not help i will go down to 2 IU
