I'm looking to do my first GH cycle......i have heard that growth hormone changes facial features, giving that more cromagnun appearence...is this true or is it total bullshit.....and if it is does it take years of usage for that to happen??...the reason i ask is i already have a strong jawline and the last thing i want is for it to be more pronounced...as far as dosage goes i plan to use it for atleast 4 months in the 2-5 IU range, depending on sides .

MY question is basically this...if u have used Growth hormone for awhile..did u notice any changes...

From what I have read, those side effects come at high GH usage. I think the 2-5 range is ok. I would rather take less per day and end up taking it for longer.

Totally agree with my Yugoslavian brother here on that question. I think you would have to abuse GH to feel its side effects. So i would reccomend 3 iu's a day and take it for what you have.

Its pretty expensive and i cant afford it, but if i could i wouldnt worry about sides.

Take some Insulin (do research on it better as its dangerous) for better results. From what my friend is using GH and INSULIN he is having great results.

All the best.

I have facial changes.......for the better. Fewer wrinkles, smoother, tighter skin........and that's all over, not just the face. No one guesses that I'm well past 50. I've used moderate doses of GH year-round for years.

DITTO

I Have been on growth for about a year now. Turn 54 this year.

The side affects you refer to happen to people in their teens, before their bones have stopped growing.

From what I understand this should not be a concern. Your research regarding potential issues/side effects should be centered around insulin resistance and thyroid downregulation. I'd love to hear Ironmaster's thoughts on these.
