GH: 40 weeks at 2 or 20 weeks at 4?

You're old. You will get decent results with 4iu; go with the longer run. I'd go shorter if I wanted to get huge; longer if I want to lean up.

Ironmaster always said that it wasn't quantity, but duration, which brought the best results. I'd go for half the amount at twice the duration.

After being on 3 for most of 3 years, I've switched to the eod team. 5iu eod
 
satch where are u getting this info. yeah 20iu a day IS where the REAL changes begin-in your organs, feet, hands and intestines. bad info bro. no need for 10-20iu/day unless you have dreams of being a pro. period.
4iu./day would be best but 2iu/day is not a waste of $. in 2001 i did 4iu/day serostim w/ AS and went from 244 to 204, BF dropped from 17% to 8%. my boy who just won a show did 2-4iu/day and got shredded. he doesn't have the body type which easily shreds but after doing the GH he sure does. i think jintropin is alot stronger than the serostim i did.
to answer your question i'd start w/ 2iu/day and work up to 4 or 6/day, staying on at least 5 months. i'm almost done w/ my cycle but next cyle in feb will nclude 2iu/day for 5-6 months. may work up to 4/day but no more.

2.5 iu day with a ¼ teaspoon of Geritol usually works well on my fossilized 44 year old physique. :rolleyes:

No but seriously though, Chefster… I remember talking with you about the EOD schedule a while back but in the end I decided to do it every day, seven days a week. Simple and easy. And then there was dosage; should I do 2, 3, 4… and since I too am using Jintropin I settled on 5iu a day, or a half-vial a day—once again for simplicities sake.

Good luck to you, bro. I’m on my second kit now so I must have started about three weeks ago. There’s no turning back. I plan on staying on… indefinitely.

That is the exact question I ask a buddy of mine who is a pro. He told me 2iu's a day for as long as you can afford it.
