Getting your protein.

What do you guys eat when you are getting 30g+ protein per serving? What is a sample of a meal you will have throughout the day? Thanks.
 
hehe i knew diamond was going to get the red meat :D you do have to get a certain amount of it though, 20 grams of meat isnt enough to get 30 grams of prot in :p try at least 100 grams
 
try this

I mix low or nonfat cottage cheese with nonfat yogart. A cup of each gives you some good protein and it tastes pretty good. It's alot of food too!

hey try this

1cup cottage cheese,1cup chocolate or strawberry protein powder
put some water in the blender like half a cup or so
and blend comes out like pudding YUMMM
 
Bro i love steaks myself. I'm in Miami right now trying out all these different kinds of steak cuts from different countries. They are all delicious. I've tried cuban skirt steaks, Argentinian Vacio, Nicaraguan Churrasco, all delicous!!!!!!!!! Actually guess what's for dinner... BBQ chicken and steaks! i love red meat too... just scared to eat too much of it, i think it will catch up to you one day.
 
I like to dice a chicken breast and cook it up in a non-stick pan with scrambled eggwhites.....fresh cracked pepper and voila!! A chicken omelet (sp?) of sorts...
 
I do the stir fry thing with a little brown rice and a chicken breast. Actually I coook like 5 meals of this at a time then store it. Also I throw in some red pepper and a little garlic and some green beans and peas. Nice balanced meal

To everyone ealing tons of proteian and getting the bloat....try to eat 500-1000mgs of ginger root/meal and it will help not feel so bloated. Also your girl will thank you for it.

I'll just add white fish (because there are other fishes than tuna !)

The POWER PACK!! A can of baked beans & a can of tuna mixed together with a little creole spices. It gives you over 50 grams of protein and like 80 grams of carbs, and not too much fat. It's an awesome bulking agent.
 
Late night protein cravings are best solved with unsalted peanuts, cottage cheese or tuna straight outta the can smothered in some hot sauce. Cottage cheese can be addicting though watch out i look down sometimes and ive ate a whole fucking container. Peanuts are great unsalted , have a lot of protein but also significant fat, bout 25% regular, 10 % saturated per serving. I leave a lot of plain chicken lying around too, satisfies and has good protein and no carbs so its great for night.
