Getting the V-cut?

How do you get the v-cut? Does it just show up with low enough body fat? Or is it a specific muscle you gotta work out? Maybe a combonation of the two?
 
yes low body fat will give you the small waist. and working your lats and adding muslce to this area will make it wide at the top.
 
V shape = LATS as extra strong said.... Well back and lats... Especially:
one arm lat raises
dips
pull ups
lat pulldown (bar or rope)

Then your basic back workout!
 
PULL UPS. HEAVY, LIGHT A LITTLE ALOT....do what works for YOU!! what works for me might not work for you. but all in all its your lats
 
i think hes talking about the "V" that shows up right above your dick when your bodyfat is low, I dont think hes talking about a V taper

No, that definitely has a name of its own (I just dont remember it - doh!).
 
Haha I am! I allready got the v-taper because I have large lats!

Diet , cardio and training; you'll get a v-cut :coffee:

To get a v-cut you go to any barbershop in South Chicago, and dont forget to get the high top fade.

Anything with "cut" in it equals cardio, diet, and low bf.
