Agreed with Sgt. Any changes in diet or timing of exercises that you can think of? Some things I can think of:
-Change your breathing patterns while your run. Try to exhale when your left foot hits the ground. Push your stomach out when you breathe in and relax it as you breathe out.
-Stretch more before you start running to expand your diaphram. Arms overhead, left side and right. Bend over and up.
-Try not to consume too many fluids before you run.
-Contrary, if you feel that you're dehydrated, drink more fluids.
-Press on the area that you feel cramped in your stomach. Sometimes that helps the pain go away.
