getting started>first... loose weight

I've never been a realy "fit" person, always been that type of guy who hated sports. All that a side, last year I began to hit the gym 3-4 times a week. I also had two different trainers who attempted to get me at my idea weight. I fluxuate between %15 to %25 body fat. I'm about to go on a 3 mounth run of total lean advance. When that is through I'm thinking of useing dbol (pink pills). I just want to get really lean and cut, with an average size build. You know the Brad Pitt body every girl wants. :rolleyes: So if anyone has a good idea as to what I should be taking? I have no idea of what I'm doing? I understand the risks and side effects but just need a start on this.

I just went in to a long winded explanation of why you shouldnt use roids and deleted it, My advice is get in to the gym as much as you can and bust your ass, Coupled with a good diet youll achieve your goals. Forget the roids theyre NO USE TO YOU.
 
Hey I Would Recomend Low Doses Of Test Maby Test Enanth At 250 Wk. For 10 Wks
Test Will Lower His Body Fat, Keep The Muscle And Motivate Hims To Reach His Goals.
Test Can Be The Key To What He Is Looking 4.
Use It With Some Arimidex, .5 Mg Eod. Nolva Post Cycle.
And U`ll Be Fine!!!
 
Forget the dbol and listen to what proxone.... is saying. The dbol is more of a mass gainer/water leverage pill for stronger lifts. Usually a dbol only cycle means no gains kept. However with the test at 250 a week you should put a little lean muscle on and shed body fat if diet is tuned properly. Coupled with post cycle therapy you can expect to keep those gains too!

Go to the diet board, look into a low to moderate carb diet, and heavy lifting coupled with cardio, unfortunatley my bf is up to 18% after bulking and then a layoff for a torn tendon and ligament in the shoulder(recurring injury). Just reading this board back when I first started dieting and working out and pming people with endless questions I dropped from 238 to 160 and 10% I am currently now 200 and 18%.Diet and training is 98% of the battle roidds only gives the edge after the other two are perfect.

nah bro, imo diet and training is 100%, w. out that u aint getting no where. gear just makes you put out 110%, makes you that much more dedicated and above everyone else.
 
Gear isnt realy going to do this guy any good IMO, Mind you it wont do him any harm. Whatever he needs to drop the fat and he doesnt need gear to do this, He needs a strict diet and cardio/weights, Without these gear wont do him any good anyway. All gear would be good for would be to preserve muscle because he's not going to put any on a calorie deficit diet, Im not being cheeky but he's 190 lbs at 25% bf. Theres not much muscle there to preserve anyway. A waste of gear IMO.
 
Heh , Im on the same boat. I bust my ass in the gym, but I cant diet for the life of me. Its tempting but im holding out on the AS until I get to 14% naturally. Im in no rush anyways. And I definately dont want to do any drastic diets cause I dont want to loose the little muscle I have under my lard. Im just gonna take it one week at a time.

The test can do more harm than good if his body is physically not ready. Lift for 3-5 years seriously and then think about chemically altering yourself. If you want to look like brad pit,you will need to smoke crack and you will need a good video camera and the right lighting and put a sign on your neck that says "I am a fucking weenie!" and you will look like him. No pill will give you a physically fit body, hard work and dedication will. If you try roids b4 your muscles are ready for it, you are asking for problems. Dont rush it. research diet BIGTIME and lift religeously!!!
