Getting sick what should I do?

Okay I'm on week 8 of ckd and today I'm really not feeling good at all. I woke up with a dull headache and nausea and a slightly disoriented feeling. Is it the diet starting to play tricks on me? Am I just getting sick in general? Should I carb up more often these last 4-5 weeks? Any advise appreciated.
Also today I have no appetite and am forcing food down.
Yes I take vitamin C 2-3 grams a day
multi
and fiber con too.

You have experienced very low blood sugar, which is commonly attributed to the CKD. You migth want to try carbing up every 5 days and see if that helps. The appetite loss is common on CKD due to low insulin, but I assure you the things you point our are commonly attributed to CKD (you might have just started to feel them late).

That's probably the problem, too long w/o food....low blood sugar was the culprit...

also I took 1500 mg ala throughout my first no carb day in an effort to speed up ketosis. Maybe I should just do ala on my carb up day?
Also is there anything to take to raise blood sugar without kicking yourself out of ketosis?

Btw thanks for your help.
I am feeling better as the day wears on
This morning was the worst. Is it common to be worse after a long nights sleep?

that's the ticket to having a hypoglycemic coma

just take ala on carb ups, don't bother on keto days

that's an oxymoron...if blood sugar raises you automatically get kicked out of ketosis

it's common to have this problem when you don't eat for a while and when blood sugar is low, from now on don't take ala on non carb up days

I think that ala is the culprit here. Because actually every day this week I've been feeling naseau and lightheaded slightly, till today and I really felt bad. No more ala for me except carbup days. Btw I think I'll carb up immediately if I ever feel that sick again, at least now I know what it was. Thanks for all the help.
