I'd stop using the AS until you get better. If it were 3 wks into your cycle I'd say ride it out and still train/eat. But since it's only one day's worth, fuck it. I'd rather take my gear when I'm feeling 100%. The last thing your body wants to do is grow when it's preoccupied with fighting off infection. Oh yeah, asap go up to every guy in the gym that's bigger than you and cough/sneeze on them. That way they'll get sick too and you might be able to catch up a bit. lol
Vitamin C, lots of water, and Garlic supps-it's a natural antibiotic(supposedly?) If I really feel like shit I smoke weed and drink Nyquil while trying to sleep as much as possible until I feel better.
