I can't list my vitamin mix now, but if you look at some of my old posts you will see what I am going to be doing.
I should get the all clear from my orthodoc to hit the gym for upper body again next wednesday. I have been doing only legs, like 3 times a week. for the last 6 weeks. Couldn't squat though.
My vitamins will be hardcore, but not listing for now.
Plan to be at 4% by September. I am at 215lbs and about 8%-10% currently. Started at 238 and 17% last year in August.
If this should be in another forum plz move.
